As a Pokémon collector, I wanted to share the fun and excitement of opening Pokémon products with you guys!
The store is filled with live-break products that will be opened live and shipped to you after the stream ends.
I hope that we can get awesome pulls and have insane amounts of fun together!
Refund Policy
As the products bought at flinamania.com are subject to ‘rip and ship’ only, you will not be able to return your order and/or receive a refund. All products purchased in the shop will be opened live on stream, revealing your cards. Therefore the products aren’t in their original sealed packaging when you receive them.
We also do not issue refunds if the pulls aren’t to your liking.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so until 1 hour before the live stream where your packs are being opened.
We cannot guarantee the date and time of your rips, so we encourage you to contact us at webshop@flinamania.com with “Cancel order #” in the subject field, and we will notify you if you are eligible for a cancellation.
Once an order is sent, we will not be able to cancel or refund in any way.
Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee due to the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Guarantee
All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic.
Rip and ship
All products on the flinamania-site are products that will be opened up live on stream and the collected product (cards) will be shipped to you. Streaming platforms as well as times and dates will be advertised on the webshop and on our social media platforms @flinamania.
You are able to select if you wish to receive all cards pulled from your packs or only hits. You can also select hits + holo/reverse holo.

If you wish to have your products opened at a certain stream time, please let us know in the order comment section, and we will do our very best to accommodate your wish.
Delivery
We ship world wide, however pricing on shipping may vary greatly across the world. We ship from Denmark, making shipping in the EU and Europe the most affordable options currently.
Depending on your location, we expect our shipping partners to deliver your goods within 1-15 business days of departure from Flinamania.
If your order gets lost in transit by the shipping company, we will not be held accountable since responsibility for the delivery falls on the shipping company. However, we do wish to support you in the best way possible, so please contact us to see if we are able to help further in this situation.
Accuracy
We do our best to provide accurate pricing and information on our website, however pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to adjust information and pricing accordingly and we will only be able to finally confirm the price after you have put in your order. Therefore we also reserve the right to cancel any order where and error has been located by us, before processing the order.
In any case like this, you will of course receive a full refund.
