Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your LIVE BREAK order, you can do so until 1 hour before the start of the live stream where your packs are being opened.
We cannot guarantee the date and time of your rips, so we encourage you to contact us at webshop@flinamania.com with “Cancel order #” in the subject field, and we will notify you if you are eligible for a cancellation.
For other product orders, we are able to cancel your order if we have not yet processed it. Otherwise, you may use your right of withdrawal. Email us at webshop@flinamania.com and request a cancellation of your order, and we will support you.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee due to the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
We reserve the right to cancel orders.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on sealed goods* purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the product must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Once the product is returned to us in original sealed packaging and is deemed undamaged and resellable, you will receive a refund. Any damage caused by the buyer or during shipping to us will result in a reduction in the refund amount.
Any shipping costs will not be reimbursed for return cases.
For LIVE BREAK products: These are subject to ‘rip and ship’ only and you will not be able to return your order and/or receive a refund. All LIVE BREAK products purchased in the shop will be opened live on stream, revealing your cards. Therefore the products aren’t in their original sealed packaging when you receive them.
We also do not issue refunds if the pulls aren’t to your liking.
*LIVE BREAK products and products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
Guarantee
All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic.
Rip and ship
All LIVE BREAK Pokémon products on the flinamania-site are products that will be opened up live on stream and the collected product (cards) will be shipped to you. Streaming platforms as well as times and dates will be advertised on the webshop and on our social media platforms @flinamania.
You are able to select if you wish to receive all cards pulled from your packs or only hits. You can also select hits + holo/reverse holo.
Please add this selection in your order comment.
If you wish to have your products opened at a certain stream time, please let us know in the order comment section, and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.
Delivery
We ship within the entire EU and we ship all products from our base in Denmark. You are able to choose tracked shipping for all orders, and also untracked shipping for small orders. It is at your own risk to choose an untracked shipping option, and we only offer it as a cheaper alternative to our standard shipping.
Depending on your location, we expect our shipping partners to deliver your goods within 3-15 business days of departure from Flinamania. However we cannot guarantee this.
If your order gets lost in transit by the shipping company, we will not be held accountable since responsibility for the delivery falls on the shipping company. However, we do wish to support you in the best way possible, so please contact us to see if we are able to help further in this situation.
Accuracy
We do our best to provide accurate pricing and information on our website, however pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to adjust information and pricing accordingly and we will only be able to finally confirm the price after you have put in your order. Therefore we also reserve the right to cancel any order where an error has been located by us, before processing the order.
In any case like this, you will of course receive a full refund.
